bebeady was set up in January 2007 by Samantha Taylor to offer jewellery making courses in the North West of England.

Its aim is to inspire its students creativity and give them an enjoyable day learning new skills whilst making jewellery with their choice of beads. All students will create a few pieces of their own personalised jewellery on a day course and share a relaxing and engrossing day with other like-minded students.

Students on bebeady courses can be any age, from 18 plus. (students 14-18 years can attend courses if accompanied by an adult student). Students don't need to feel that they need to be any good with colours, art or design. Anyone can make jewellery, as long as they have reasonable manual dextirity and can see to do close up work (ie. bring glasses with you, if you need them).

Materials can be purchased at the classes or bring along your own materials to use. Making your own jewellery is an ideal way to recycle odd earings, beads from broken jewellery or just give an unloved jewellery item a new lease of life. There is further information, pictures and material lists for all the different classes, see classes.

Visit the classes section for course dates and to find more info on the bebeady jewellery making courses.

Visit the gallery section to see some examples of jewellery created by students on some of Samantha's courses and read feedback they have written about the courses.
